Notes & Special Features:	I am a certified Buteyko practitioner. The Butekyo method teaches those who have developed incorrect breathing patterns to control and correct their breathing. By knowing how to breathe properly and efficiently we can reduce symptoms of breathlessness and chronic hyperventilation , anxiety and panic. The Buteyko method also treats many of the commonly associated problems of persistant coughing and a blocked nose. Butekyo is recommended in the British thoracic guidelines for the management and treatment of asthma.
